the road wired skooba skin is an attractive, functional laptop sleeve. It works great in my larger carrying cases and as a stand alone bag for transport (using the fold out handle option). There is enough room in the case for additional items: AC power cord, usb port, or even a small usb or firewire drive. I bought it for its functionality, but was pleased to hear positive comments about its looks.

It took a lot longer to get this product compared to other purchases on Amazon, and although I like the handle flaps on the Skooba, I really wish it had a little more padding and some pockets. But it worked well for travel, especially at airport security. Still, I would have returned it for something else if I had had more time before travelling.

This is a beautiful case for a laptop. I’m very pleased with it, and the service was outstanding. I had the case two days after I placed my order. The blue color is very appealing and it’s nicely lined in a darker blue. I wanted something to carry just my laptop and power adapter, and this does the job. My laptop is a bit smaller than the case, so I have room for the adapter and can also carry cd’s/dvd’s inside the bag. I like the velcro closure, and the handle design is very useful. I would recommend this case to anyone looking for an attractive, functional way to transport a laptop.
